Terms & Conditions 

  • Prism of Sound will aim to create fun, reflective and safe Sound Therapy Sessions

  • All client personal information will be handled and kept private as per the terms in the privacy policy.

  • The client must fully disclose any known injury or medical condition in the pre-session health questionnaire prior to them attending their first session. 

  • If at any time the client experiences feelings of nausea, dizziness, or difficulty in breathing, they should refrain immediately from partaking in the session, by opening their eyes, or if necessary, leaving the space. 

    Consent Form 

  • Consent forms must be completed prior to any Sound Therapy Sessions. These are available by email or can be completed online. 

  • Prism of Sound reserves the right to request a GP medical clearance letter before a client joins a session with them if they are not satisfied with the information provided on the consent form.

  • Prism of Sound reserves the right to refuse access to a Sound Therapy Session if they deem it unsafe for a client to join based on the information provided on the consent form. 


    Cancellation Policy 

  • All sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

  • If you are ill or injured with short notice, then we will endeavour to either reschedule or transfer a class, but this is subject to each different situation and at the discretion of Prism of Sound. 

  • Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the cost of the class or the session. 


    Lateness policy

  • If the client is late, then the session will not be able to be extended and will end at the agreed time. 

  • If the instructor is late, additional time will be added to the session or a slightly longer session will be delivered next time. 

  • No entrance will be permitted in group sessions after the sound bath has started.


    Fee charging policy 

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance. Payments must be received and cleared before the start of the first session. 

  • Cancellations (in excess of 24 hours notice) will be subject to a small administration fee (dictated by the card processing company). 

  • Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to full fee.
