Relax and restore with a one-hour sound bath ceremony and be enveloped by the healing sound of Tibetan bowls, beautiful alchemy crystal bowls, gongs, drums and chimes, as I take you on a therapeutic sound journey.

The session is held in the Skylight Centre, Corsica Street, London, N5 1JT, which is only a 5 min walk from Highbury and Islington station.

Please bring a yoga mat and an eye mask if you want one and arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Tickets cost £20, but there are 10 discounted tickets on sale for £17 while still available.
